The new Constitution: housing rights

The state encourages housing construction and creates conditions for the realization of the right to housing
No one can enter the house against the wishes of the people living in it
Everyone has the right to freely move around Uzbekistan and choose their place of residence
No one can be deprived of his home without a court decision and contrary to the law.
Everyone has the right to be compensated by the state for damages caused by illegal decisions and actions of state bodies.
