How is technical control in construction carried out?

Technical control during the construction and reconstruction of objects is carried out by the customer by attaching a technical control specialist.

Technical control specialist:
• supervises compliance by the contractor with the requirements of organizational-technological documents and urban planning documents, as well as ensuring the quality of construction and assembly works at the construction site;
• participates in the inspection of hidden works and the formalization of documents on the interim acceptance of important constructions;
• ensures proper maintenance of the technical control log;
• issues instructions that must be implemented by contractors and copyright control specialists in order to eliminate violations committed during the construction process;
• when defects affecting the reliability of constructions and the earthquake resistance of buildings and structures, in particular, threatening human life and health, are detected, suspend construction and assembly works, notifying the customer and the regional inspection to take effective measures;
• regularly controls the quality of construction and assembly works at the construction site.
