Authorship control is carried out during the entire period of construction-reconstruction of the object

So what build processes does an author control specialist oversee?

According to Article 29 of the Urban Development Code:
• controls the implementation of construction and assembly works in accordance with the project solutions adopted in the approved urban planning documents;
• participates in the inspection of hidden works and the execution of documents on the interim acceptance of important constructions;
•  ensures that the authorship control log is kept correctly and includes entries in the authorship control log about deviations from the approved urban planning documents, which are mandatory for the customer and contractor;
• when deviations from the approved urban planning documents affecting the reliability of constructions and the earthquake resistance of buildings and structures, as well as threats to human life and health are detected, suspend construction and installation works, notifying the customer and the regional inspection to take measures;
• is responsible for the compliance of the construction object with the approved urban planning documents.

After the construction and reconstruction of the object is completed, the expert on authorship control will give the customer a conclusion on the compliance of the completed construction and assembly works with the urban planning documents.
