LARGE-SCALE CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION WORK IN SAMARKAND WILL CONTINUE RAPIDLY IN 2025
Work on the development of the social sphere and infrastructure in the Samarkand region will become more intensive in 2025. On the basis of the decision of the head of state on December 24, 2024 PQ-454 "on measures for the development of social and production infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2025-2027", work began on the construction, reconstruction and modernization of existing infrastructure in the region, the tender sales on most of which have been completed and expert opinions are being received.
In particular:
• Complete completion of land allotments for 3 facilities;
* Architectural planning assignments approved for 110 facilities;
• 115 objects have published a tender to identify the designer and identified the design organizations;
• 106 objects have commissioned expert opinions, 11 have obtained conclusions.
As part of preparations for the winter 2024 season, renovations were carried out on 543 of the 2,500 apartment buildings in the province. Including:
• 33.6 thousand sq.m roof part renovated capital and current;
• 408 entrances repaired;
* Facade part of 60 houses restored;
Also, in order to improve the power supply system, 3,283 electric shits were repaired and regulated.
During 2025, a number of projects are planned to be carried out to repair apartment buildings, install energy-efficient equipment, improve the power and Heat Supply System.
