The facility under construction by Orient Devise LLC, announced on social networks, is located at the address of the “Advanced” MFY 21 of the Shaykhontohur district, and the Celtic vajlar (. https://t.me/XalqNazorati/14418)was studied by specialists of the Main Department of construction of the city of Tashkent.
According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 200 of April 20, 2022, the Construction Department of the Shaykhontohur District issued a permit to Orient Devise LLC on December 13, 2022 to “build a hotel on the territory of its own use”.
Based on this, the architectural and planning assignment (ART) of December 19, 2022 was prepared by the General Directorate of construction of the city of Tashkent.
Preliminary sketch prepared by Novate Architecture LLC on the basis of the collected documents project-estimate documentation of all organizations, that is, the territorial sanitary and epidemiological service, the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection of the district, Based on the positive conclusions made by the Regional Fire Control Service of the Department of emergency situations of the shaykhontohur District, sketchy project documents based on the hulos of the working body of the architectural and Urban Planning Council on the arrangement of project-estimate documents of the General Directorate of construction of the city of Tashkent, dated April 19, 2023 were agreed.
It should be noted that the construction processes are currently underway at this facility, and the construction of this 7-storey hotel building was registered in accordance with Annex 5 of the Government Decree No. 200 on January 5, 2024 in accordance with the procedure established by the territorial inspection for the start of construction and installation work. There is now systematic inspection of the facility by inspection.
