A DIGITAL AND MODERN APPROACH TO MANAGING MULTI-APARTMENT BUILDINGS
In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-48 “On additional measures to further improve the management system of apartment buildings” dated February 5, 2026, the task of fully digitizing the management system of apartment buildings was set.
In order to qualitatively implement this task, specialists from the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services and the “Communal Supply Center” DM organized a seminar on the effective management of apartment buildings and the advantages and procedure for using the “My Home” billing system.
The seminar was attended by heads and employees of management bodies operating in the Samarkand region. Experts provided participants with information about the mechanisms of effective operation of the system, the practical benefits of digitization, and innovative approaches.
At the end of the event, answers were given to questions raised by the participants.
