SEWING MACHINES WERE HANDED OVER TO WOMEN IN PASTDARGAM DISTRICT
As we reported, as part of the implementation of the tasks set at the videoconference meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan held on February 14, 2025 in the form of an open dialogue with young people, a dialogue with young people was organized in Pastdargam district by the Head of the Main Department of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Samarkand region, Bakhodir Negmatov.
At this meeting, the problems of young people were studied, and special attention was paid to issues such as directing them to a profession, ensuring their employment, and increasing their social activity.
As part of the implementation of the recommendations made at the meeting, the main department today handed over modern sewing machines to women in the district who were interested in sewing.
These practical works will help women acquire a profession, have their own source of income, and increase their activity in society.
