According to the address program approved by the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 299 of September 11, 2023, in 2024, the development of Master Plan and detailed planning projects of the city of Gulistan, Payariq District, Samarkand region was established.
Today, the project documentation of this settlement has been developed by the DM ”O‘ZSHAHARSOZLIK LITI".
According to Article 38 of the Urban Planning Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the general plan projects developed according to the requirements of the “public discussion of the general plans of settlements” are being cited for discussion by the general public on the compatibility of legal entities and individuals, with the interests of society and the state.
